Saturday–Sunday, November 27–28, 2021 – The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) division of PT Danusari Mitra Sejahtera held a family gathering with the theme "Sinergy in Diversity" at Villa Omah Ratna, located in Cisarua, Bogor. The event was attended by employees and their families, including the Chief Business Partner Officer (CBPO), Mr. Endiarto Aries.

The event started on Saturday morning with breakfast and light exercise. Participants then engaged in an energizing team building session led by a professional facilitator. The excitement was palpable, as participants enthusiastically collaborated in group challenges.

The session continued into the afternoon with friendly team competitions designed to test communication and coordination. The activities concluded with a shared lunch that strengthened the spirit of camaraderie.

As the evening approached, participants were free to enjoy the villa’s amenities, including the swimming pool, karaoke room, children’s playground, and shared kitchen. Despite the cool mountain breeze and light rain, the warmth of togetherness filled the atmosphere as teams cooked, grilled, and shopped for the evening meal.

On Sunday morning, families gathered for breakfast while the children enjoyed their final moments at the playground and pool. Before departing, everyone took part in a group photo to commemorate the joyful weekend.

The gathering was held to strengthen relationships among employees and their families, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
