Thursday, June 24, 2021 – The third day of job training for new employees at PT Danusari Mitra Sejahtera (DMS) was held once again at the main hall. This activity is part of the company’s On The Job Training (OJT) program, designed to introduce core values, work culture, and product knowledge to all new hires from various office departments.

Unlike previous OJT sessions that were longer and targeted specific departments, this training was shorter and attended by employees from multiple divisions, not just Marketing. The goal was to deliver essential insights efficiently without reducing the overall impact of the program.

The training began with a Basic Mentality session to build a strong professional work attitude, followed by a detailed explanation of PT DMS’s core products. At the end of the session, participants were asked to complete a questionnaire form as part of HRD's data collection and feedback mechanism to improve future training programs.
