(17/06/20210) This Marketing Management Trainee event was held with the aim of providing training for new marketing employees. The event was also attended by the SBU Leaders, Division Leaders, and the Board of Directors. At the beginning of the event, several opening materials were presented, including Vision & Mission, Value/Culture and DMS Strategy, then the participants were tested for their understanding through a Quiz Game regarding PT DMS knowledge. Followed by the formation of Mindset & Business Overview and knowledge of Risk Management, Sales Optimization, & Legality which was filled by Mr. Cahyana Putht Wijanarka as Trainer at the event.
After lunch, the event continued with an introduction to the financial & legal aspects of the project. Important things to note about the financial aspects of the proposal, optimal profit planning, then the training participants were given a case and asked to determine the outcome of the case. according to the version of the respective participants. After solving the case, it will be continued with legal risks and anticipation of legal cases. The event was closed with a Free Chat session with BOD, this session was held to increase the closeness of the training participants and provide an opportunity to ask questions that were not understood to the BOD directly.
