Thursday (05/05/2021), PT DMS held a consolidation and training event which was attended by several divisions. These divisions include HRBP, Finance, and QHSE. Apart from that, the event also conducted training on making KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) based on the BSC (Balance Scorecard). Starting from understanding KPI and BSC in general to how the placement effective was led by Mr. Cahyana Puthut Wijanarka as a trainer at the event. The event was closed with presentations from each divisions and comments from the Directors and Trainers.
