Genba in The Context of 5R in the PT Danusari Mitra Sejahtera Area
This morning, Genba carried out in the PT DMS area regarding the 5R order. The activity involves several sections, namely the Board of Directors, QHSE, Production, Head of the Related SBU, and the person in charge of the related field area. This activity aims to evaluate matters related to 5R in the field.
Genba or commonly called gemba, in Japanese generally means the location of the incident / actual location. Genba when translated into Indonesian is the actual place of occurrence or cooler TKP (Case of Case).
