Welcome to PT Danusari Mitra Sejahtera. To support a smooth goods collection (loading) process, we have prepared a simple guide that must be understood by all transporters and loading coordinators. This guide is created to ensure the loading process runs in an orderly, safe, and efficient manner in accordance with the operational standards at PT DMS.

Here are the steps for loading goods at PT DMS:

1. Stop at Post 1 (Main Gate)
Transporters must stop in front of PT DMS’s main gate (Post 1) for vehicle inspection. Officers will ensure the vehicle is empty before allowing entry.

2. Registration at Security Post 2
The loading coordinator must show the loading assignment letter and exchange their ID card for a DMS visitor card. A loading queue form will also be provided here.

3. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All transporters and loading coordinators are required to wear PPE (helmet, safety shoes, and wearpack). If not available, PPE can be rented at Post 2 security.

4. Form Completion
Loading coordinators can fill out the queue form and PPE rental form at the desk provided in Post 2 area.

5. Proceed to Marketing Loading Counter
After wearing PPE, the loading coordinator proceeds to the marketing counter to register the load. Press the bell and wait for assistance.

6. Document Submission
Required documents include the loading queue form, loading assignment letter, and a copy of personal ID. Marketing staff will process and return the documents along with the DO form.

7. Wait for Loading Team Instructions
After receiving the DO, the transporter must wait for a call or direction from the DMS loading team to start loading.

8. Loading Process
The vehicle will be directed to the loading area. PT DMS logistics team will accompany the process, and material checks will be done together.

9. Administrative Completion
After loading is complete, the coordinator returns to the marketing counter to create the delivery note.

10. Return of PPE and ID
The final step is to exchange the visitor card back for the original ID and return the PPE to Post 2 security.
