PT PERTAMINA RU VI . Reinforced Concrete Chimney Wall

The definition of chimney is a chimney from a place of combustion of the results of the disposal of materials or materials in the form of coal ash granules (fly ash) in the form of cylinders or tubes.

Chimneys are made of concrete and some are made of steel, but what we do is steel with reinforced concrete walls.

According to the Design and Construction of Reinforced Concrete Chimneys, chimney wall plates must be designed with reinforced concrete. Chimney walls must be designed to withstand gravity, wind, earthquake and temperature loads. The inner walls of the chimney are covered with refractory cement with a thickness of 12.5 cm.

Chimney produced by PT Danusari Mitra Sejahtera for repairing Refinery Unit VI PT PERTAMINA Balongan. Segments 1 & 2 which have finished the casting process are expected to be sent next week from the PT Danusari Mitra Sejahtera workshop.
